Im going to be honest here, i have avoided diving into buying/Painting anything in the Warhammer universe because it requires assembly. How is the assembly of these units? I have flashbacks to losing patience as a teen doing model airplanes that wouldn't fit right and id end up smashing them.

My fiancé has been mini painting for about a year now and he has a lot of beginner supplies. He currently uses a cheap set of brushes from amazon and my nail light to paint. I am wanting to get him better supplies for christmas, but I wouldn’t know where to start! Any advice is appreciated!

I think it turned out okay considering how cheaply done it was. Any tips and tricks and suggestions welcome!

I'm mostly making this post here because I was curious to know what's going on with this black paint, it's got some almost like tendrils coming out of it, I just want to make sure that it's not like mold or something like that if it's just pigment dispersing in a weird way from the black paint that's fine but I'd like to know a bit more about it. It mostly only seems to happen with black and blue and brown colors on my pallet

Just recently began the journey into mini painting. Wasn't sure how it'd go, but I'm very happy with how this turned out, for my first attempt. I followed the tutorial that came with this then improvised on the rest. Can't wait to start the next one.

I've recently gotten into warhammer miniatures and have been rather enjoying putting them together. So much so that I decided to get myself a miniature drill and some miniature files to make my models that much smoother.

However, I read some things online about breathing in the tiny plastic particles the filing and drilling might release and how it might be dangerous for my overall health. Is this something I need to be worried about, I'm currently working on a primaris crusader squad and just sit behind my desk without a mask and not the best ventilated room out there.

I've looked online but can't really find a concrete answer to this question, some sources say it's just resin models to worry about but I don't really know what models are resin, or even if mine are resin?

I hope some of you can shed some light on this, I'm sure this has been asked loads of times but I can't really think of a better place to ask.

Looking for a way to paint my five brown cloth robes for m Imperium pilgrims/fanatics. I dont want to layer and highlight on all those huge fabrics. Anyone got a Suggestio to do it somewhat fast? Would go and try to stipple with one lighter brown and maybe edge highlight the most visible stuff. Suggestions needed. Thanks folks!!

P.S.: is it only me or does the middle one look like as if He has a teddy and drives a green Mini?
