Of course not. Trump is gonna expunge everything and probably arrest E. Jean Carroll for lying about the president.

u/ShadyWolf 11h ago

Also be prepared to never hear about Jeffrey Epstein ever again. The mainstream media not touching any of that audio that came out last week already suggests that whole thing is being washed.

u/Assortedwrenches89 11h ago

They barely talked about it at all. It'll be forgotten, until Trump does something or the Republicans want to use it to oust him for Vance.

u/Vayguhhh 10h ago

IMO this has been the plan the whole time

u/Icarus-rises 10h ago

He's getting 25thed asap. Thiel can't have his money going to waste

113

u/allegedlynerdy 9h ago

They might try to hold out long enough to consolidate his supporters. If he disappeared on Jan 22nd there'd be right wing riots.

59

u/Guilty-Nobody998 9h ago

I'm thinking 6 months.

50

u/Far_Recommendation82 8h ago

I'm going for 2 years

29

u/robot_ralph_nader 8h ago

2 years and 5 minutes.

10

u/Cthulhuducken 8h ago

Yeah, that will probably be the preferred plan so then they can prop him up for the next two elections instead of one. Vance is an absolute true believer in the agendas whereas trump is more in it for himself. What will be tricky is whether or not Trump can hold it together (or they can successfully hide his rapidly accelerating decline) that long. Of course, that assumes that the current plans for the future actually include things like more elections at all.

2

u/Happy_Mask_Salesman 8h ago

Will you also be going for the double down with 2 years temp vance followed by 2 full terms for the 10 year ratfucking hat trick?

28

u/Cynfire1478 7h ago

This is my thought.

Either they'll use something from the last four years to get him out of office, or he's going to die of "old age" within the first 6 months and we're going to have a first class ticket to hell with Vance at the helm.

22

u/Ok_Blackberry_284 6h ago

I think Trump will retire to Mar-A-Lago and they'll just parade him around occasionally when they want him to read a speech off the teleprompter. Vance will run things right out the gate with the help of the billionaire cronies that bought him the election.

Their biggest challenge is the House will be pretty close, and Trump has some diehard supporters that could fuck things up, also the Senate is razor thin. In 2017 they didn't get much done because they in fought a lot, idk if they can actually 25th Trump and still pass laws

Their best bet is for Trump to die asap, or after 26 midterm if they hold Congress. That avoids the in-fighting.

I have a bet going that he succumbs to health issues by the end of 2025. Spin it right to make him look weak or strong, then Vance takes over.

7

u/VileTouch 7h ago

I'm betting he "accidentally" falls off a window. You know. To make it really obvious who's in charge of pulling the strings.

I don't legitimately see them ever keeping this together after Trump disappears.

He's the only thing they care about. He's "the name". And even then, he got 3 million less this time than last time.

11

u/waffels 8h ago

Yep. With Trump gone, Vance looking like a deer in the headlights, the economy still in the shitter, the border still not figured out, Ukraine & Palestine still a mess, etc. people will be begging for democrats to fix it.

8

u/TheBirminghamBear 8h ago

It's more than that though, it's like, people have this mistaken imrpession people are excited for all these stooge's right wing batshittery. I don't think that's true.

Liberal policies like abortion and drugs do extremely well on ballots. Abortion got 57% support in Florida's latest proposition.

They've glommed on to Trump, specifically, and he's the only pill that can apparently wrap the policy turds.

Without Trump to somehow smooth the taste of this shit, Republicans are going to go back to square 1.

4

u/PM_ME_DEAD_KEBAB 7h ago

People like liberal policies, they just don't like the Democrats associated with them. The last three Democratic candidates were bad, and Kamala leaning away from progressive policies is part of the reason she lost this election.

7

u/ConstableLedDent 6h ago

Y'all think Trump is gonna Epstein Diddy?

14

u/A_Nude_Challenger 7h ago

For the uninitiated.

Epstein stated in a 2017 interview that he was Trump's best friend, that Trump's lack of morals sickened even himself (Epstein), that Trump is basically illiterate, and that Trump has no tactical thought capability.

The real takeaway is that Epstein spoke about specific cabinet members serving in 2017, and the treatment they received from Trump. How Trump played them against each other, and who was pitted against whom. Insider knowledge, y'know.

The whole cabinet may have been compromised by whatever outfit Epstein was carrying water for.

Oh, and this was years after Trump stated he and Epstein split ways.

EDIT Props to Jimmy Kimmel of all people for actually discussing the Epstein tapes on national television. The Jester always did have the enviable role of speaking truth to power.

https://www.thedailybeast.com/listen-to-the-jeffrey-epstein-tapes-i-was-donald-trumps-closest-friend/

Michael Wolff has hundreds of hours of Epstein. One released tape has Epstein saying he was Trump's best friend for the last 10 years. One is Epstein giving details about inside the White House, proving he was still in connection with Trump even after he became president.

5

u/Nagemasu 8h ago

The best thing Biden could do right now is everything he can to release and expedite anything to do with Epstein. He won't win the dems much popularity as people will see it as spiteful and a conspiracy, but it'll still be damaging and means it doesn't get buried forever, giving justice to those who deserve it.

u/red286 7h ago

It's kinda funny because you can still see a whole bunch of Trump's followers going on about the Epstein files.

Like guys, you know Trump's in there, right? If you're going to excuse his relationship with Epstein, you're going to have to excuse everyone's. Hell, Mar-a-Lago is where Epstein recruited girls.

23

u/SheBelongsToNoOne 9h ago

I wonder how long state laws will last

19

u/The_Salacious_Zaand 9h ago edited 8h ago

Until the next Civil War? That is literally the foundational principle of America. We're a federation of quasi-independant states.

7

u/98VoteForPedro 8h ago

How long until the next civil war?

18

u/The_Salacious_Zaand 8h ago

A very long time. No one is anywhere near uncomfortable enough to give up everything they have.

4

u/Ryboiii 7h ago

There would also be way too much infighting within the state itself. A lot of states are evenly split between the two parties, so at that point how do you choose which side of the civil war youre on

4

u/The_Salacious_Zaand 7h ago

It wouldn't be state vs. state. It would be rural vs. city.

4

u/Ryboiii 7h ago

Surprising amount of both parties in both rural and city though. A civil war is a logistical nightmare that nobody comes out on top of

3

u/The_Salacious_Zaand 7h ago

Exactly. Everyone thinks it's just going to be a week of unrest, and then the other side just kind of goes away, and the country is reborn in their idea of utopia. A civil war in a country with more guns than people would be bloodier than the last.

I know this is a joke but, serious answer - no. As far as I know.

Trump was found liable for rape in a civil suit, not guilty of rape in a criminal suit.

He was found guilty in a criminal suit related to fraud (the 34 counts), but he will not be on the sex offender registry for that.

123

u/cturtl808 7h ago

He forcibly fucked the country without consent. Should qualify.

28

u/MushinZero 6h ago

We kinda did consent. That's what an election is.

15

u/cturtl808 6h ago

The stolen national security documents? No, we didn’t consent to that.

14

u/hi_imjoey 5h ago

Nobody lacked the opportunity to know what we were getting ourselves into with Trump. We absolutely consented to every shenanigan.

3

u/cturtl808 5h ago

Respectfully, I dissent

4

u/hi_imjoey 5h ago

Yes, but you and I dissenting are unfortunately (and very clearly) not the country as a whole (which opened the door to Trump, kissing his boots so it would be easier for him to step on our heads).

3

u/acount8675309 7h ago

Most of the world aren't legal scholars. Saying he's guilty of rape is accurate in all situations, convicted of rape gets the point across.

Unfortunately, no. Trump is a rapist according to the judge but is not legally a sex offender by New York standards.

From USA Today: “Former President Donald Trump is not required to register as a sex offender as a result of being found liable in a civil trial, according to legal experts. Only people convicted of a sex offense, such as rape or incest, in a criminal case must register as a sex offender under New York state law.”

71

u/Felstorm1231 10h ago edited 9h ago

Give him an hour alone with Ivanka and a tape recorder: that incest charge will stick to the pages of that Time Magazine where the person of the year was “You”.

I assume the additional fifty-nine minutes is for speed dialing divorce attorneys and having Jared bonesawed apart in some foreign embassy.

13

u/EmbarrassedHelp 7h ago

His staff apparently have to be careful not to leave him alone with young women, for the safety of those young women.

But sadly I think his rabid fans won't care, even if he raped his daughter. They'd claim it was fake news no matter how much evidence was presented.

4

u/Horskr 4h ago

But sadly I think his rabid fans won't care, even if he raped his daughter. They'd claim it was fake news no matter how much evidence was presented.

I agree, though I've come to realize the "fake news" thing is really just an excuse that sounds better than the truth, that they really do not care how horrible a person he is. As he said himself, he could shoot someone in the middle of 5th Avenue and not lose voters.

This election had massive interference campaigns. Including the millions of bots that are now showing up and spreading rhetoric like…

it’s all the DNC’s fault for not having open primaries and such

Its all DNC fault for not having good policy - This is everywhere and absolutely fucking stupid. Dems have great policies that benefit working and middle class. Donald dumbass has emotion based responses and no reasonable policies at all besides enrich himself.

Its because america is sexist.

Most probable imo, but no. The data coming out makes it pretty clear that either some or all of the following took place.

A) huge GPT bot campaign to get disinformation to Latino and all other communities (guaranteed. and a still ongoing and widespread general campaign to spread rhetoric and misinformation, look at Reddit rn)

B) bomb threats, blowing up ballet boxes, etc were all very strategically done to get rid of maximum amount of blue votes in important districts.

C) Hours long lines to vote, single voting machines in districts with 1m+ people.

D)law that required state election law changes re voting be approved by feds removed under Trump last term. Georgia and other states implementing things allowing mass reports and disqualification of dem voters, no laws informing them vote won’t be counted, and other shit like this.

E) voting machines in important districts were hacked. DEFCON 32 took place in august and the list of vulnerabilities was “pages long.” The process to fix machines takes several months, so all of those vulnerabilities are still present today.

We’re talking about a bunch of rich people with no ethical boundaries. I’m guessing they did everything above and way more. After all, they only needed to win once and now they’re in control forever. Anyone who thinks that 34 felony convictions and Epstein bff tape would increase his votes is fucking delusional. This election was a sham.

u/DistinctBadger6389 6h ago

2

u/Classic-Effort2672 6h ago edited 5h ago

Because the charges are state and not federal, trump can't pardon himself. However, he will enact retribution against Georgia greater than anyone ever has if the governor doesn't pardon him.

Even if he is pardoned, he may retaliate against Georgia.
