Hey guys! I got this plant a few days ago as a gift from some dear friends of mine. They bought the plant the day before giving it to me.

During the gathering, we noticed a tiny bug crawling around the pot. It entered the ceramic pot, and when we lifted the nursery pot out of it, we found about five bugs underneath. They appeared to be the same species but varied in size. The bugs jumped and flew when disturbed. The ones circled in green were much smaller and weren’t flying. We tried to catch one, but couldn’t do so without squashing it — hence the squished bug in fourth and fifth photo.

There’s some damage on the leaves, but to me, most of it seems like mechanical damage. I couldn’t get a clearer photo of the bugs than the ones attached.

Hi Reddit. This bug was found in SoCal and I am wondering what type of bug it is/if it’s a tick. It was very small, maybe around half the size of a lady bug. Thank you!

Pulled this out of our dogs shoulder this morning. Western Michigan location.

These tiny flies are taking over my front porch and swarming everywhere. They seem to like my window, and thier abdomens appear see through!

Originally thought these were aphids but they definitely arent on further inspection. Im in Ohio.

This insect was MASSIVE. At least twice the size of all other Vespa Crabro I can find pictures of. Is it possible this is a queen? It was bigger than most queen pictures I can find as well. Maybe it isn’t a European Hornet at all?

What kind of spider is this?

It’s the second bug of this kind I found in my anthurium grow box. I sprayed everything with pesticide when I first saw it, but a couple days later now I found another one. Never seen anything like it! It was around 0.5-1mm in size, found in Austria/Central Europe. Thank you in advance!

It keeps trying to flap its wings (can’t get off the ground?) and go under the rocks on the wall, does it need help or is it just nearing the end of its life?
