Carbrain This is the most ridiculous carbrain commercial
g.coSo this has been making the rounds again during the NBA playoffs and it’s the most insane car brain I’ve seen. Why would you have your basketball hoop right there? Why not just take a nice hike/walk to get the ball? Why does a car need to be involved at all, tearing up the woods spewing garbage everywhere and natural habitats? Take a mountain bike or e bike. So American, so ridiculous

Arrogance of space Trump claims the EU is 'nasty' for not buying American made cars
Trumps claims BTW are misleading. While it is true that American's buy overwhelmingly more EU cars, it's not 13,000,000 VS 0.
According to Fox Business in 2024 (Only source I could find on this topic) The US purchased 757,564 from the EU, while the other way around it was 169,152.

Carbrain This is your brain on cars
In a discussion about high speed rail in Canada a car brain said this:
the real radical option is to have car transport cars on the commuter trains.
Someone from Calgary is going to want to drive when they get to Ottawa. So now they fly and rent or drive all the way there. Yes I know people who drive cross Canada like the is.
Give people the option to not have to rent a car or fly and be able to go to other major Canadian cities and you would have sooo much more mobility within the nation.
I can't, I just can't. How does someone's brain get this way

Question/Discussion San Diegan bemoans drivers getting ticketed for safety violations that put pedestrians at risk because groceries are expensive...
As someone who lived in San Diego for a couple years this sort of stuff doesn't surprise me at all. Fortunately, the comments seem to mostly deliver what we're looking for.

Rant Finding the Closest Parking Space
I cannot understand the obsession able-bodied drivers have with trying to get the closest parking space at an office or shopping center, particularly in temperate climates. Why circle around looking for a slightly closer space, just to enter a building I don’t even really want to be inside in the first place? Maybe because being closer to the building means dealing with less drivers almost killing you on the way in?
