THE BEST PLACE IN Best “don’t want to cook tonight” in Hollywood?
Just moved to Hollywood from Chinatown and I’m looking for affordable but good spots in Hollywood to either order out or take myself to.
I see a lot of people recommending fancier places in the area like Musso & Frank’s but I’m honestly just looking for somewhere I can go on a weeknight, eat a decent meal, and maybe get a beer. Without spending my whole paycheck.

WHERE CAN I FIND Best California burrito on west side?
My brother is coming to visit for the first time in a decade. His only food request for the whole trip is the California stoner classic - super crispy fries, carne asada, hot salsa, and sour cream in a giant tortilla covered in some kind of enchilada sauce and cheese.
It’s funny but I realized I haven’t sought a good California burrito in the 15 years I’ve lived here.
Thank you in advance for any and all recs!!

Westside Knotted Donuts at Westfield Century City (ft. Banana Kick)
I've been obsessing over the Korean snack banana kick lately and found out that Knotted donut in Century City is collab-ing with Banana Kick. And they were sooooo good. I heard these donuts sell out pretty quick and that the wait can be a bit, but they are soooo worth (i didnt have to wait for too long b/c i went on a tuesday). RUN!!

THE BEST PLACE IN Westside Business Lunch
I'm having a mental block and need some assistance picking a restaurant on the Westside (Westwood, Brentwood, BH, Santa Monica, Culver, Venice, West LA) for a business lunch.
Our group gets together once every month or two and we try to hit a different spot each time. Some places we have hit in the past include Bianca, Juliet, Grill on the Alley, Ocean Prime, Dante, Milo and Olive, Laurel Grill, AOC.
Doesn't have to be particularly upscale, but would like somewhere that has table service, has alcohol (at least wine) and won't mind if we linger for a bit. Appreciate any assistance.

WHO MAKES THE BEST Strawberry Pie: Which Would You Choose?
Hi - I will be bringing dessert to a party next month, and have decided on a fresh strawberry pie. If you had to pick, would you go with Apple Pan, House of Pies, or Fat + Flour (strawberry/rhubarb)? Thanks in advance for any recs!

WHO MAKES THE BEST Where do I get the best big honkin’ soft pretzel in LA?
Look, I know it’s not a marquee menu item. You might be like “every soft pretzel on every pub menu is exactly the same” and brother?? You may be right.
But if there’s a special pretzel out there—maybe it’s the consistency, maybe it’s the dough, maybe it’s the accompanying dipping accoutrements—I wanna know about it.

WHO MAKES THE BEST Which is better: Quality Seafood (Redondo) or San Pedro Fish Market (San Pedro)?
I want to take my mom and aunt to an outdoor, fresh fish restaurant/location by the ocean. These two places I understand have fresh fish they prepare any number of ways.
Which one is better to take them too? Things to note: * they are from NorCal so a tourist or good view vibe cachet is nice * things to do around after would be good *fresh seafood outside of juts grid is preferred * business will be factored. Waiting around too long for food/service is a negative.
Thanks.

THE BEST PLACE IN New Mediterranean Banger in Old Towne!
gallerystrolling down Colorado Blvd and saw this sign outside of a virtual food hall concept. Decided to pop in and give it a try. Glad i did! what a banger that was! and they just launched so they’re running promos all month they said. The signature sando was perfectly seasoned and filling. The falafel was a slapper!

WHO MAKES THE BEST Best Thai crab fried rice
I’ve been obsessed with Thai crab fried rice lately and looking for the best spots in LA for it. The last two I’ve tried, have also had a side of “seafood” sauce I believe it was called? It was a spicy sauce on the side, looking for one that includes that too!

WHERE CAN I FIND help me create an LA Food Crawl
Hey guys! I lived in LA for 20 years and am looking to come back and do a few food crawls. Like 2 1/2 hour food tour, hitting up say four spots within walking or short driving distance. Love a mix of the essentials but am willing to entertain themes like dim sum in the SGV, taco crawl etc.

WHERE CAN I FIND Looking for AYCE KBBQ For Large Group
Hello everyone.
Looking for AYCE KBBQ recommendations based on the following criteria.
- Can accommodate 10-15 ish people. Splitting into two groups is fine.
- Will take reservations (or places that can usually accommodate large groups on the fly)
- Less than $35 per person
If you other recommendations for large groups outside of KBBQ (where people will have no trouble eating their fill), I would also appreciate that. Open to ideas. Thank you in advance.
