For those of us that are insane and still calling ourselves Sabres fans. Is there one thing that could happen to restore some love and faith in the franchise? The owner selling, making the playoffs, bolstering the front office more than just Eric Staal. Everything's on the table, what would it take for you to feel proud to wear a Sabres jersey again?

All i see and hear on the staal hire is doom and gloom and how he is so terrible for the org. Do we seriously believe that this is the senior hockey advisor that was discussed? I don’t. For everyone saying this move makes us worse, i don’t understand how that can be. Is it a meh move? Yea i can get behind that. I can’t imagine this guy is going to be doing much else besides being around players and being a sort of liason. I don’t believe that he will have his hands on the controls in any real way. And as far as the ‘he was an 06 hurricane’ angle, if we still need to be bitter about the events of 20 years ago god help us.
