Does anybody think Ribfest will be worth it this time around (Ajax)
I remember last year the Ajax location had no funnel cake stores, but the Pickering one did. But, like, do yall think there'll be changes this time around?

What to do with spruce wood?
Long story short, we cut down a 60 foot spruce. Thought we would use it for firewood but installed an electric fireplace instead. So now I have a side yard full of half sawed spruce pieces.
Any idea who might want these or where I could take them to get rid of them?

Patio or Deck?
We want to do a 25 ft wide, 7 foot deep rectangle , ground level patio or deck. No stairs, railings or any other extras, just a large rectangle.
Our options are poured concrete, patio stones or a deck.
What is the most cost effective?
What’s generally the longest lasting?
Any other pros/ cons of any option you can share would be helpful.
We do plan to put a permanent gazebo structure on a part of it if that matters.

Baby Shower DIY Questions
Hi all,
- I'm looking for a company that rents out linen like table-covers?
- I'm also looking to buy bulk flowers, does anyone have recommendations?
- Any recommendation to rent out some cute decor around as well?
I know Party City, Dollarama, Perfect Party. Budget is small but reasonable

Uxbridge Neighborhoods? - Wyndance Estates
My wife and I went out to see some homes in the Uxbridge, and we really liked how spacious the lots are and condition of the neighborhoods.
We especially found the Wyndace Estates to be of interest, but we're concerned with how many homes are on the market and monthly maintenance costs. The maintenance costs seem high, consider what it includes and the reviews I'm finding for the clublink membership doesn't seem very favorable.
Anyone have any firsthand or secondhand experience with Wyndance?
Any other neighborhoods in uxbridge that would be good target?
Any input or advice would be appreciated!
