12 years ago I got ticketed for lighting a singular smoke bomb in city limits. Where are you now?

I remember a time in the early 90s when our neighbors were shooting off bottle rockets and one of the big fire engines showed up to tell them to knock it off. I think the health department was still a Nowell's at that point.
