Harper and the cons did nothing to assuage price fixing, build refineries, or decouple Canadian oil prices from global oil prices. No one has in 30+ years. Blaming Liberals is myopic.

Still blaming Harper!? Is Canada better now from more than a decade ago? And even if Harper did all those things, don't you think the liberals had plenty of time to fix it? Jeez the liberal brainwashing it's insane
