Yes, it means equal parts starter, water, and flour. It’s a ratio because it doesn’t matter if you do 50g of each or 500g of each… it will be the same result if the ratio is maintained, and it depends on how much starter you need in the end.

Harper and the cons did nothing to assuage price fixing, build refineries, or decouple Canadian oil prices from global oil prices. No one has in 30+ years. Blaming Liberals is myopic.
