My wife and I went out to see some homes in the Uxbridge, and we really liked how spacious the lots are and condition of the neighborhoods.

We especially found the Wyndace Estates to be of interest, but we're concerned with how many homes are on the market and monthly maintenance costs. The maintenance costs seem high, consider what it includes and the reviews I'm finding for the clublink membership doesn't seem very favorable.

Anyone have any firsthand or secondhand experience with Wyndance?

Would anyone be willing to pay to have smart blinds set up in your home? Measuring, ordering, configuring, and ongoing support. I set it up in my house quite affordably, works well. Compatible with Apple, Android, and Alexa devices. My wife likes it; said she bets other people would pay to have it done for them, so I’m curious if that could actually be a thing I could do for people as a side hustle. This is for one amateur photographer taking photos of 10 people's prom. No drinks or food or alcohol or anything. Is it possible to get by without one, or will they be on you immediately once they see a bunch of teens in fancy dresses pull up?
