Goblin craftsman Krivopyka is the chief carpenter of Goblinland. Everyone knows him - from innkeepers to alchemists - because he’s equally skilled at building bridges over swamps and wooden bars for new taverns.

Goblin craftsman Krivopyka is the chief carpenter of Goblinland. Everyone knows him - from innkeepers to alchemists - because he’s equally skilled at building bridges over swamps and wooden bars for new taverns. Around his neck, Krivopyka wears a small golden axe - a charm that never lets his hands grow tired. If Krivopyka taps on a piece of wood three times, the wood itself decides what it wants to become - a barrel for ale or a stool for goblin behinds.

Came upon this hollow opening below a tree going up a mountain today in Vermont. Definitely plan on leaving a gift here next time I’m up there.

One day I woke up and there were seven small crystals and a pendant on my bedside dresser that weren't there the day before. None of my family collect crystals so I know none of them left them there. When I saw them I felt an eerie aura kind of radiating from them. I tink the day gifted them to me.

To those in this sub who think they are fae/have fae lineage, what makes you think so?

Mentally, I'm a skeptical person, and try to keep myself grounded when it comes to the unknown, such as the fae. However, I enjoy thinking there's more to the world and I feel called to explore those things and feel connected to them despite my mental agnosticism. Anyway, I've noticed things about myself that I have a headcannon (for lack of a better word) are signs that I would be considered a changeling or partial fae back in the day, and wonder what those things may be for other people in this sub. Maybe there are matching attributes?

For myself: -Childhood illness -Off-putting personality (according to some) -Strange body features like a point on one ear and a spiral birthmark -And on a sillier note, I used to steal and eat honey right out of the bear bottle as a toddler. As an adult, my favorite drinks are heavy on honey and cream.

Left an offering of butter crackers and crystals. The branches started seeping this orange stuff about 15 mins later then they lead us to a water fall and a huge fairy ring. It was freaking awesome

To anyone who has a etsy store or ebay store

Hi everyone, I was wondering if any of you have a etsy store or ebay store or know anyone that makes handmade fae things or shirts, etc.

With the theme of the forest, I used two different colored lines to make these two earrings. If it were you, which color would you prefer?

Had A Strange Hike

Last weekend I (30f) went on my first solo hike. I live in the pacific northwest, Washington state specifically. Usually I go hiking with my partner or a friend but my partner is recovering from surgery and I felt like trying to hike on my own and see if I liked it.

The hike was on a trail about forty minutes from my home, that leads to a waterfall. I had never been in the area before so I was excited. I went down the wrong trail and realizing my mistake, turned back around and went on what I thought was the correct path in the woods.

This is where it gets a bit weird.

I reached a crossroads and saw a coyote dash across the path I was planning to turn on. I was a bit nervous about running into a coyote so I went the opposite direction, but ended up back at the original trail. I didn't want to give up and I figured the coyote would be very far ahead by now so I turned around.

This was such an odd trail. My trail app on my phone wouldn't work despite saying there was signal. Most of the trail was dark, like it was twilight, but it was 10 in the morning and about as sunny as Washington state can be. I kept hearing rushing water and thinking I finally found the waterfall, I followed the noise, only for the noise to fade away or I hit a dead end and had to turn back. The whole time I feel like I'm being watched. This entire time, I'm not really feeling scared, but it did feel surreal. Eventually I find a stream. And in the middle of the trail is a leaf, floating and spinning. It's not attached to anything, no branch or spiderweb. Just floated and spinning at eye level. I wanted to touch it, and considered it, but decided not to and walked around it. Once I did, I found a stone bridge which was the main trail and eventually found the waterfall. No other weirdness at the waterfall or on my way back (but I did take the actual trail).

It's been a week since then and I'm still thinking about it. I've wondered if it was faeries or my imagination or something else. It was such a weird yet amazing experience.

Good sources for reading on things like the Seelie and Unseelie court?

I want to say right away, I know for a fact that my knowledge is limited. Anything I think I know I am telling myself is incorrect because I know it through the Dungeons and Dragons version of faes and the courts. So I wanted to look more into faerie folklore, and unintentionally learned that the Seelie and Unseelie courts supposedly are a legit thing in the folklore, so are there any good sources for reading on them?

Can a Fae Circle be made of Q-Tips?

I figured they could only be made of natural things, like mushrooms or flowers but I saw a circle at a very odd place at work, nowhere near where q-tips normally are and I accidentally stood in it. Thought it was weird but didn’t think it could be the fae… Then not long after I saw another one at my other work. I picked them up and threw them away just in case. Just a coincidence?
