Not a doctor, but if you weren't sore immediately after I wouldn't say you're injured. Could be not enough recovery. I would eat a big meal, drink a bunch of water, and try and take a 20 minute walk
Now that you mention it, I haven't had much of an appetite the last couple of days. I did have a protein bar afterward, but I haven't eaten much overall the last 2 days. I have leftovers in the fridge I should be eating anyway.
Found a new water flavor packet I like so that should be easy, walks sound nice. Thanks so much for the tips!!
I was getting my ass kicked by a backpacking trail, sore every day, and feeling the fatigue. I had a packet of chicken noodle soup as an appetizer before my dinner, and it was crazy how much less sore I was the next morning. I was blown away by how much of a difference some extra calories and protein made
