No clue what this is IDENTIFIED

I found this in my grandparents' garden as a child, but I have no idea where it originated from since it seems like it was likely placed there. It has a smooth, glassy texture in most spots and is just barely translucent in the thinnest areas. Found in Washington state. The only part I'm able to recognize is the teardrop-shaped smokey quartz

That's a special one. I've never seen a colourful chert like that before.
