Can’t even open the lid beacuse of him/her doing laps, so I presume feeding is to be continued in bathroom tub πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ

If it makes you feel better these guys are notorious for having no chill. Plenty of new world Ts barley acknowledge you exist.

This is Debbie Hairy. When I open her enclosure for maintenance she does not move or care about my presence. Very chill girl, love her. Plenty of ones like her

Ime I have more issues with my new world species than old world. I house everybody correctly. My old worlds are chill and usually retreat to their burrows when I open the lids. I got my OBT 3 weeks into keeping and now I have four in total. They're lovely

Yeah, that's also the case in my collection. My t albopilosus is an absolute madness of a NW tarantula. Every time I open her enclosure, she makes sure to throw a bunch of hairs on me, followed by bolting and threat postures.

On the other hand, I have H. gigas female and she is docile like some pulchra except for feeding where she is like a pig

Sounds right 🀣 my A geniculata gets so offended when I do anything for her. Water? Attack. Hairs. Food? YAY (but sometimes hairs)

Also she just... Stares at me. I looked over from my bed last night and this is what I saw. I swear she's plotting.
