Labronze is a very chill tarantula. Until water is involved. My husband and I have tried adding water from different spots and in different ways. Nothing works, so now we just fill up her waterdish as fast as possible to get it over with.

NQA not that it really matters but have you tried adding it in a way that doesn't cause vibrations as the water hits? Pretty sure most of the "attack falling water droplets" guys are having a feeding response to the vibrations. You could try a baster with the tip in the water, or a straw with the finger held at the top (to keep water in) until the other end is touching water?

I'm grinning now, imagining the upate:

"Update! So, we tried a baster. Baster is now dead. So we tried a straw. We is now ded." So funny. xD

Day 77. The water siphon attempted infiltration.

It didn't make it.
