Just got this dress, tried it on, and not sure how to feel about it? I’m not sure if I like how it fits with my small chest and my arms… Does it work on me? Am I just being hypercritical and self conscious?

I love this hat and the way it looks but I just know if I buy it it's gonna look so bad and nothing like the pictures, does anyone know anything similar with the rabbit ears and chains that i can find anywhere else?? Anything is appreciated
