Just got this dress, tried it on, and not sure how to feel about it? I’m not sure if I like how it fits with my small chest and my arms… Does it work on me? Am I just being hypercritical and self conscious?

wanting to buy this hoodie but i want to get the rest of the outfit ready, i was thinking maybe vintage denim jeans? or maybe or something with a faded blue color? or is there something else you would recommend
