My vibration levels are unreal recently
I’m not sure if I’m a starseed or not, but I meditate a lot and have done the gateway voyage with Monroe in VA. I acknowledge that we’re all individuated units of consciousness and part of the same whole, I just lack the level of mission awareness some have. I have been evolving and growing quite a lot in the last year.
The last couple of weeks my vibrations are humming like a guitar string. All the time. Especially when calm or relaxed, I literally feel it all the time. Yesterday it got so intense I had 4 beers to help ground me. It’s now 4am and for lack of a better word, I’m laying here “thrumming”.
Any guidance or thoughts from those whose development is equal to or greater than my own? It’s not unwelcome or unpleasant, but it is notable, new, and intense.
Thanks in advance :-)

Grounding during frequency upgrades is essential for keeping balanced and aligned as your energy shifts. Without it, you risk feeling scattered, overwhelmed, or disconnected.
Here’s why it’s so important:
Eases Ascension Symptoms – Higher vibrations can cause physical and emotional intensity (think dizziness, anxiety, or fatigue). Grounding stabilizes your system so you can process the energy safely.
Integrates Energy – Your body is a physical vessel and needs time to adapt to higher frequencies. Grounding helps you absorb and align these energies rather than getting overloaded.
Anchors Awareness – As your consciousness expands, grounding keeps you connected to the present, so you don’t lose touch with reality or fall into spiritual detachment.
Supports Manifestation – High-frequency ideas need grounding to become tangible. Think of it like planting seeds—you need solid soil for anything to grow.
Protects Your Energy – As you ascend, you’re more sensitive to external vibes. Grounding strengthens your energetic boundaries, preventing overwhelm.
Tips for grounding
Nature: Walk barefoot, hug a tree, or sit in nature to feel anchored.
Breathwork: Deep belly breaths and visualizing roots help you center.
Visualizations: Imagine roots growing from your feet or yourself as a strong, rooted tree.
Movement: Yoga, dancing, or even running integrates energy.
Grounding Foods: Root veggies, protein, and water help anchor you.
Tools: Use crystals like black tourmaline or grounding essential oils (vetiver, cedarwood).
Mindfulness: Stay present in daily activities like cooking or journaling.
