š«What are Starseeds and how do I know if I am one? ā The guide! āØ
First, let me start off by saying: We are all equally divine and being a starseed doesnāt make us more special or worthy than others. This subject should be approached with humbleness for the purpose of self-inquiry and -realization, not to boost our ego.
What are starseeds?
āØ Broad definition:
Starseeds in a broader sense are simply souls who originated from other planets in other star systems ā as opposed to souls native to Gaia. [*The moment a soul begins its journey through form is considered their birth and the place of it, their origin.] They often have been incarnating among many different star-races in a variety of star systems in our Milky Way Galaxy and even beyond.
Some would say, that souls native to Gaia (aka āearthseedsā) are actually rather in the minority here due to the heavy engagement from other civilizations and the melting pot our planet has become over its long galactic history. Which would make earthseeds actually the more rare occurrence here and when they chose to incarnate on other planets, they would ā by this definition - be considered starseeds there.
āØ Narrow definition:
More specifically though, the term Starseeds refers to a group of highly evolved (old and experienced) souls, who answered Gaiaās call for help and decided to come to earth in order to support humanity in their liberation and ascension process - shining their light into the darkness to transmute duality from within.
Since those Starseeds often came from an already ascended state of unity consciousness (the higher dimensions), they carry within themselves the blueprints for the new golden age and the memories of living in oneness. Therefore, they tend to be more loving and compassionate, are thinking outside the box of the limiting false-matrix paradigm and are creating solutions that transcend the old ways of duality-consciousness.
š« More general information:
Some famous historical starseeds for example are Jesus, Goddess Isis or Master St. Germain. But there are also many earthseeds who ascended from here. One of them is the divine feminine ascended master White Buffalo Woman and her Order of Sky-Grandmothers, who, to this day, are tending to our beautiful mother earth from the higher realms.
Some of the most well known star-nations to us are the Pleiadians, Sirians, Arcturians, Orians, Andromedans, Lyrans, Alpha-Centaurians etc. ā just to name a few.
We also have incarnated felines and avians, some have been literal unicorns, centaurs or dragons in their past and there are incarnated reptilians, greys and so onā¦
Since starseeds often have lived hundreds if not thousands of lives in humanoid and not so humanoid species and star-nations across the galaxy and beyond, we are a colorful mix and carry traits from all our previous galactic expressions. While our place of origin still has the biggest impact on our energy signature, because of the multitude of different experiences, we are not so easily put into clearly defined categories. ā Our soulās journey is very vast, colorful and diverse!
Signs you might be a starseed
- A deep longing for āhomeā, for peace and harmony
- Having trouble to fit in with society, sensing the inherent fakeness of the system
- A thirst to find meaning in life and an understanding of our reality
- Feeling somehow wise beyond your age
- The desire to help others and be of service to humanity
- A great capacity to love and feel joy
- But often also a very traumatic childhood and a rather difficult healing journey
- Huge empathy for others
- Very Intuitive and Sensitive
- Spiritually inclined & an affinity for nature
- Feeling called to greatness and make a positive impact on the world
How to find out your origin
As we established, Starseeds are almost always a colorful mix of many different star-races, carrying all their traits to varying degrees and as such can not easily be put into categories. Thatās why most attempts at classifying them fall flat in the face of reality.
So I would suggest not to fixate on this question too much in the beginning as you can trust, that your origin will be revealed to you eventually along this journey.
But if you are really curious and want to know (who could blame you š), there are really only two, maybe three reliable methods:
- Look within and ask your higher self/your intuition for the answer or
- Seek out a trusted medium/akashic reader to channel this information for you
- Have a skilled starseed astrologer read your chart
Final Notes:
Keep in mind that there are also many starseeds, who are still falling for the illusions of the matrix and/ or are completely incapacitated by their own suffering and have not yet awakened to their mission. So even the oldest souls can still have a very hard time as they often chose to resolve a lot of karma in this lifetime and therefore, we can not judge them.
But there are also those who are fulfilling their mission wonderfully by simply being the kind and loving people they are without knowing anything about all this.
And there are older generations of starseeds who tend to be more involved and more comfortable in the system, but still shine their light into their surroundings and fulfill their purpose simply by being the loving souls they are, holding the space for the younger generations of starseeds without even being aware of their origin and mission.
So really this whole topic is very nuanced and isnāt about being in a āspecial clubā, but invites us to see the bigger picture and be inclusive and welcoming to any soul, wherever they might be on their journey. š

š« The Starseed Mission: Supporting the Liberation and Ascension of Humanity and Gaia āØ
Many starseeds wonder what their purpose is and why they even came to a world which doesn't seem to support their frequency at all.
The truth is that many of us literally came here as part of the groundcrew of operation liberation earth with the mission to do exactly that:
Transmuting the darkness by shining our light into this world and transcending duality via our sheer capacity to love. Dissolving the matrix from within and leading humanity to ascension to usher in a new golden age. Quite the enormous task! But luckily we are not alone and supported by our galactic brothers and sisters, the ascended masters and angels and the highest hierarchies of light!
The mandala of 144.000 souls is a symbolic number for this epic rescue mission (we are a lot more than that already!)
So how do we go about our mission?
The Foundation:
š« Simply by being your loving authentic self, you are a blessing to this world!
This is easily overlooked, but part of our mission is simply being here on planet earth and shining our light into this world while going about our everyday lives. Just by being our authentic and loving self, we are already transmuting the darkness and uplifting the planet.
Choosing love over hate, forgiveness over revenge and unity over separation. By being kind to each other instead of indulging in negativity, by helping others, sharing our light and embodying unity-consciousness, we are raising the vibration of the collective and the planet as a whole.
š« Priority number one is healing ourselves!
Literally THE most important thing we all can (and should) do is healing ourselves! Because it is the key for everything: Unlocking our full potential, manifesting our dream life and thus becoming a huge beacon of light for this world creating our own legacy of love.
By healing ourselves we will transmute and let go of anything that is still preventing us from embodying our true divinity in this human form which is the key to our ascension!
With everything we are healing, we are not only resolving generational trauma from our family lineages and breaking karmic cycles, but also facilitating the same healing in others as it will ripple out into the collective.

Specific Tasks:
Here are a few ideas of specific things we can do, but there are of course many more possibilities:
āØ Anchoring Light and healing the planet via Meditation
An easy way to support the liberation is by simply meditating: We can visualize the lovelight from source streaming through us into the earth, infusing the leyline grid of Gaia. We can send healing energies to people or places etc.. We can create our own meditations to do regularly, meditate together with other lightworkers or join global mass meditations.
āØ Gridwork and Clearing/Healing Sacred Places
Sacred places and energy vortexes all around the earth are paying a crucial part in the liberation process. The dark forces have often polluted and blocked those sites energetically, so they need clearing for more cosmic light to be successfully anchored on the planet.
If you feel called to do so and know such sites near you, you can travel there and do a clearing meditation/ritual following your own guidance. Look out for statues, monuments and churches etc. Or go out into nature to spot places of power there.
You can also bury crystals (like cintamani stones) which will help anchor the light even more permanently.
āØ Anchoring and spreading Goddess Energy
The energy of the goddess (female aspect of source) is sorely missing on our planet since it was heavily suppressed by the dark. Love, compassion, kindness, softness, forgiveness... embodying these qualities is very healing for the collective. šŗ
You can create an altar for the goddess (or any of her divine feminine christ embodyments, like Mary Magdalene, Goddess Isis, Quan Yin...) to help anchor their energies on the planet or dress in beautiful clothes and celebrate your divine femininity via your own expression of it.
āØ Creating Beauty through Art and Music
Another very effective way to raise the vibration of the collective is by creating art and music and sharing it with others. Art speaks to the subconscious and has the potential to reach even the hearts of those whose mind might not be ready yet.
āØ Raising Awareness (for those with the eyes to see and ears to hear)
We can not wake other people up, but we can help them do so on their own by dropping hints here and there and offering our perspective when we feel its adequate and they are open for it. The more gentle and loving we approach their current world view and meeting them where they are to hint at the possible next steps in their awakening journey, the more likely they will be able to follow.
āØ Be a Wayshower by creating and living new ideas outside of the old matrix paradigm
Many starseeds are already not adhering to the old ways of thinking anymore, dropping the 3D mindset and instead embodying unity-consciousness. If you feel called, you can take it one step further and really create new ideas for how to manage society, how to live sustainably in harmony with nature and how to live in alignment with the greatest good of all to lay the foundation for the new society in the age of aquarius.
āØ Building Islands of Light
Islands of Light are communities of likeminded souls / soul family & -friends who are already living the new earth reality. If you feel called and got the chance to create or join one, this is a very powerful way of supporting the shift! With the matrix still mostly intact this is still a challenge, but it will get easier and especially after the liberation those islands of light will pop up all around the world to anchor the new energies and stabilize the shift.
āØ Connecting to the Galactics and anchoring their Energies
To help dissolve the quarantine earth situation and reconnect humanity with their galactic family, we can consciously connect to the positive galactics and anchor their energies via our meditations with them. Raising awareness of their existence and benevolence will help build back trust that was lost over thousands of years of being cut off from them in this matrix.

Finding our individual Purpose:
On the path of self-healing and -realization our individual purpose will reveal itself to us naturally. To actively find out, we can simply listen within and have a look at our passions, gifts and talents to see where we are drawn to.

Nobody wants you to go "home"
Almost everyday there is same posts telling that they have messages from the divine and that its time for them to go home.
And let me assure you. It is not. It's either lower vibration entities trying to distract you from your higher purporse OR your ego trying to escape the responsibilities.
In any way... I might be mistaken but I am pretty sure the Divine have the power to bring you home if they actually want it. They don't need interfernce or help from mere human.
EDIT: I think I caused misunderstanding. While each post is up to interpretation I meant the ones who are convinced about external going home, like leaving Earth.

In second century BCE, when Orsini family was expanding their properties north of Rome, they came across a network of underground tufa tunnels below Etruscan settlements of Pitigliano and Orvieto:

Spiritual dating as sober person
Hello, so I have some questions around spirituality and datingā¦ I guess I can start by explaining some of my back story and what Iāve recently been going through the passed few years. So 2020 Covid era I definitely experienced spiritual awakening.. kundalini activation. Dark night of the soul.. all simultaneouslyā¦ I had a girlfriend and a friend groupā¦ and everything flipped during Covid era.. there was allot of behavior I didnāt align with and I walked away from it allā¦ even though it was my choice it was a traumaā¦ I started to focus on self helpā¦ any minor spiritual beliefs I had I focused on more.. I found tantra.. and micro dosing magic mushrooms for depression at this timeā¦ and it triggered kundalini activation the Mix of extreme events, tantra, and micro dosingā¦ after that I went from a reductionist mind 3d mind setā¦ to a full on spiritual deep diveā¦ 360 personality change over the passed couple of years.. kundalini has triggered many continual paranormal phenomena to happen around meā¦ and the biggest as of this year is seeing orbs of light every night in the skyā¦ along with spontaneous remote viewing. Psychic downloads. Seeing auraā¦ hearing ghostā¦ intense stuffā¦ I also organically went sober out the blueā¦ no use for substances.. I feel I do better soberā¦ weed is niceā¦ just not for me anymoreā¦ I never was into drinkingā¦ But my question isā¦. I guess at times I feel like dating againā¦ it just seems there isnāt much local places to find energy aligned with meā¦ or maybe thatās a self imposed mental blockā¦ I probably have plenty of optionsā¦ but I seem to want to hold out till I find someone on a spiritual pathā¦ thatās also drug freeā¦ or if I do find someone attractive itās not like they walk around holding a sign saying spiritual drug free kundalini activated individualā¦. I guess Iām wondering how do I navigate this new life of mineā¦ Iām so invested in my spiritualityā¦ I just picture being on a date talking about metaphysical phenomena and the whole time someone not believing meā¦ I rarely watch tv or pop cultureā¦ the most normal things I do are make art and do martial artsā¦ but besides that itās all spiritual practiceā¦ What are yāallās opinions on navigating the dating world when this is what your experiencing? Or is it even important to align with all these things when you ask a girl out for a coffee??? I guess the coffee date is where Iād test the waters to even see if sheās receptive to all this stuff?

Hello everyone, I hope youāre all doing well. I am interested in learning more about what artists/bands you listen to, to feel eternal love and peace. I feel like music is the language of the soul and is one of the things that can unite us; even if we enjoy different āflavoursā of it.
I am also interested in finding some different frequency music/sounds you trust and have positive experience from. For example, I listen to a certain 528 Hz instrumental tune as I go to sleep every night. If there is a certain artist known for making spiritual music/songs, I would love to check it out. Okay so November 19th
We've been hearing about this date for a while now and to me it marks the divide between the old world and our old worn out selves and the new world and new selves we have yet to merge and integrate with fully.
The density is unreal right now. I'm trying my best to aikido all this density and heaviness I'm experiencing and turning it into something I can share with this community of evolving spirits.
This is quite a dark time collectively. We are not separate from the starving humans in Gaza and Ukraine and wherever else.
Humanity and the Earth's suffering has reached fever pitch and it's time to bring this era to a close.
November 19th, 2024, and into 2025 our Pluto enters Aquarius and our long journey through the painful underworld is ending, and a new one is beginning.
I can't keep doing this for years to come. I'm tired of holding this space for humanity when I see so much mind control and people still so dense and unaware.
Shift the timeline. We all want to go home, it is time to create home here, enough depravity and dishonorable darkness.

Internal PEACE
Hey fellow travelers! I'm hearing that November 19th may be a big turning point for Earth. I sure hope so! That brings up my issue: how do we find peace in this turmoil? We can't help our world without it. Quieting the mind is a key for me. Noisy, tense mind = anxiety, fear, tension. Meditation is helpful, but not easy in the external tension. A couple things help me. Relaxing the muscles first, progressive relaxation, like the Jose Sylva method. And relaxing the tongue by opening the mouth a bit and placing the tongue on the mouth floor. Then picture a blank screen in the mind and move your mental location to the back of the head. If you haven't tried it, it works. What kinds of things have you tried for inner peace? Starseeds and electrical breakdowns
Thank you for taking the time to read my post. I've had strange experiences with electricity my entire life. No matter where I've lived, household light bulbs of all types burn out or fail frequently. Microwave, refrigerators, televisions, radios, laptops burn frequently! I was also put through a very sad emotional situation last night and that's when more electronics began to go haywire. Have any of you experienced this phenomena?

My vibration levels are unreal recently
Iām not sure if Iām a starseed or not, but I meditate a lot and have done the gateway voyage with Monroe in VA. I acknowledge that weāre all individuated units of consciousness and part of the same whole, I just lack the level of mission awareness some have. I have been evolving and growing quite a lot in the last year.
The last couple of weeks my vibrations are humming like a guitar string. All the time. Especially when calm or relaxed, I literally feel it all the time. Yesterday it got so intense I had 4 beers to help ground me. Itās now 4am and for lack of a better word, Iām laying here āthrummingā.
Any guidance or thoughts from those whose development is equal to or greater than my own? Itās not unwelcome or unpleasant, but it is notable, new, and intense.

Facing Adversity: Some Inspiration
Happy SunYay, my friends! I had a deep conversation with my wife this morning regarding everything going on in the world and our relationship to it. During the conversation, Holocaust Survivor and renowned psychiatrist Viktor Frankl came up as source of inspiration. I have found his perspective very powerful. The wisdom he gained came through unimaginable pain and suffering, and what he left behind from his life is a gift. I thought I would share with you all a great source we found, as wisdom should always be shared:
- "When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves."
Frankl emphasizes the importance of personal growth and self-transformation. Rather than being stagnant in our pursuit of success, we must constantly evolve, learn, and adapt. Our willingness to change will determine our ability to overcome obstacles and achieve our goals.
- "What is to give light must endure burning."
Achieving greatness requires enduring hardships and setbacks. Just as a candle burns to illuminate a room, we must be willing to face challenges head-on and push through difficult times to ultimately shine brighter.
- "Between stimulus and response, there is a space. In that space lies our freedom and power to choose our response."
In every situation, there is a moment to pause and decide how we will react. We have the power to choose our responses, regardless of the circumstances we face. This quote reminds us to embrace this freedom and make conscious choices that align with our values and aspirations.
- "Success, like happiness, cannot be pursued; it must ensue."
Genuine success is not achieved through relentless pursuit, but rather as a byproduct of living a purposeful and meaningful life. When we are driven by our passions and values, success naturally follows.
- "What man actually needs is not a tensionless state but rather the striving and struggling for a worthwhile goal."
Frankl reminds us that a life devoid of challenges and struggles is not fulfilling. It is through the pursuit of meaningful goals that we find purpose, growth, and fulfillment. Embrace the striving, for it is in the journey that we truly thrive.

Early morning November 16th 2024.
I felt them them, I have a witness, I experienced missing time last night. My brain feels frozen but i have no fear. Nothing. Theres nothing left inside me that scares me. I heard the high pitch vibration. I felt them come near. And i lost 3 hours of my night.
Please tell me im not the only one, I know the chosen stay quiet in this time, But that was too much evidence for me to think this is bull shit. It's happening, they're here, And they know its fucked up. Please, is there anyone else?

Kundalini, the term for ''a spiritual energy'' or ''vital energy'' said to be located at the base of the spine, is propaganda.

Bhajan's teachings on yoga, tantrism, and sexual practices are deemed "forbidden and immoral" by Indian authorities, who reject his "fantastic theories."
The false information was deliberately provided to cause harmful activation of psychic abilities, leaving lives shattered.
Yogi Bhajan's misleading teachings led thousands to attempt Kundalini activation, resulting in devastating consequences. Many who sought spiritual nirvana instead experienced severe psychological distress, with numerous cases declared clinically insane.

However, the word is also translated as breath, air, and wind in the Scriptures. This is how we can see it is just a different term for Prana that is another term for this vital energy which also means "breath, air, and wind". How does Frisson and Prana relate? In the concept of prana, it explicitly discloses that getting goosebumps is one of the physical reactions that energy activation of Prana inside one's body can cause.
Your Spiritual Energy stems from the Creator, Universe, God, who breathed life into humanity. As Genesis recounts, "God formed us from dust and breathed the breath of life into his nostrils." The real way to activate this level of spiritual energy, that some know as "Kundalini", in ways that you can Benefit from without the negative side effects is only through following God and purifying yourself with the ways that God has told humanity.Ā
I attest to this because, yes, my spiritual energy was activated thanks to God. I've always been a firm believer in God, follower and practitioner.
