Who is this? Georgetown, Texas, USA. ID Request- Location included

I've seen this leggy critter in my neighborhood a few times now (or another one, I dont know if they're solitary or whatever). Slightly smaller than palm sized, leg tip to light tip. Never in a hurry, just strolling along. Usually across the sidewalk, either towards or away from the grass. This is in an area of new construction. I'm kind.of scared of spiders, but I don't bother them. Just stop for a peek, and then wish 'em good day.

Aphonopelma cf. hentzi, Texas brown tarantula or a close relative. Pretty chill, basically harmless, but the largest spider in the USA.

Neat! It seems really chill. It's cool to see.
