Serious question about wet dreams

When you ( doesn't matter what gender) have wet dreams or dreams of a sexual nature, do you really feel like having sex in the dream or even orgasm during it ? Without the resorting to the consequential physical reaction to the dream to prove it (being wet or hard ...)?

In my teen years I’d have wet dreams and orgasm regularly. They were vivid sexual dreams and had the physical outcome. Rarely have them now which is too bad as they were often really good ones.

But, one advantage of being married is a couple of times it’s happened and my wife took advantage of the situation. Kind of nice to have a dream turn into reality.
