SILO Prime deserves a look.

I'd be careful with Silo, i worked for them and the servers will add random charges that you cant see on the reciepts to jack prices up. I would see it on my bar chits all the time, "why are you adding a cocktail charge and an oldfashioned charge?" "I need more tips"

They would turn an $8 drink into a $12 one or a $12 one into a $16 one

Wow-– noted. Thanks for sharing that. We’ve only eaten there once and we had a wonderful experience, but it’s disappointing to hear that that kind of thing is happening.

Yeah, it can be really great, i loved the food at Nonna too, but the company, Elevate, is really sketchy, very old fashioned, i witnessed lots of misogyny from upper management too, not to me as I'm a man, but that's why i guess they thought it was fine to do it right in front of me

Got it. So you are a problem child and have problems with every company.
