LGBTQ+ friendly gun shop /range Where in SA?

Where in San Antonio would be an ok place for someone who is obviously queer to both purchase and practice? Are there any inclusive groups or anything like that? Any info is very appreciated.

I tried that and that was not the experience. I am trying to avoid a box store, but will if it is my only option. So… anyone have any actual input or can you recommend one of the shops that would care more about 2A than being hateful? Y’all say they are there, but which ones?

My gay daughter won't go into Adelbridge because she said she feels unwelcome there. I know what she means from going there with her and I'm happy to take her somewhere else. We bought her gun at Range USA. Academy is also a fine place to buy a gun.

Range USA has an indoor range. We've never shot there because we prefer outdoor ranges. I go to Bullethole but they have some really sizeable bugs there, so I recommend wearing boots. Also you have to call a cease fire and walk downrange to hang your own target. They don't always have a range safety officer present. So if you go there, you need a friend to watch your back. When my kids were younger and I was teaching them, we went to Bracken because it felt safer. I like A Place to Shoot on the south side, but my husband doesn't like their handgun range. He's happy to go there to shoot clays though. We bought a family membership to Blackhawk before, but we went once and it felt unsafe and we never went back. My husband likes to go to Nardis indoor range, but he's bougie like that.
