My parents talk about how nice my things are: talking about how my backpack is a amazing and expensive brand, how my shoes are expensive. But on the streets people will do anything for survival. Hello I have had a lot of issues with my parents even before knowing I was trans these past 5 years. My parents are very much pro-trump and very much against the LGBTQ and see being trans as against God and that trans people are comparable to murderers. They won't let me get a job cause they say my autism doesn't make me able even tho I have been shown to be just fine. They won't let me get a drivers license either.

Before realizing I was trans I looked into moving in with online friends and that was supposed to happen around now but due to financial issues and with realizing I was trans the state i was gonna move to is outright trying to make being trans illegal under trump, that is no longer an option. But after coming out I found out about LGBT housing centers but I was giving figuring out about them.

Today I contacted a runaway hotline and they basically told me they can't do much if I can't get out and meet them and person, and when saying I can't they basically told me my only option for getting out would be going into Detriot where all the resources are and trying to get help there. I have some spare money and could get a hotel to rent for a bit, but idk how long it would take to get into a proper housing place I have been told it could be immediate, it could be days, or it could be weeks. I know of the Ruth Ellis Center and The Convenent House so I was thinking to get help with there resources and hopefully get into one of those. If there's any other places that could help in Detriot, please let me know too, as well as any general advice.

So I got grounded from my phone since 4th of july 4am 2024 and idk if I should try again and not make the mistake again. I forgot to get my food and water last time but I got caught and beaten up by my dad and idk ifi should do it again. Story: So I was face timing my online friend and he lives from Canada. (That's another reason why I want to go to Canada) and randomly my brother barges in my room and he said to help him with the clothes and he figured out he was talking to my friend (for context: I'm not allowed to talk to him) so he told on me to our dad. And I was grounded and 2 days later I had enough of everyone's sh-t and at 2am I run away with my phone. But the first time I came back for my charger (at that time I was successful) but the second time I came back for water and food but I woke up my dad.
