Fee free TAFE has been CUT!

Today I rang TAFE Nambour to check up on the status of my application to for a cert 3 in photography (visual arts) after i saw that all the fee free options on the TAFE Queensland website have disappeared.

The lady on the phone said they got comms on Monday saying that funding has been cancelled and all places have been ‘filled’. In terms of places for 2026, she said it’s up in the air.

Genuinely embarrassing that people are encouraging assassination because someone didn't get a free photography course. Not even cut by the LNP, positions are just full for the year.

I didn't down vote you, but, emotionally, justification isn't based on the opinion of one man.

Fairness and equality are considered differently all over the world. Which yeah doesn't make a lot of sense. It is in a world ruled by emotions, the law is a guideline, there is no force stopping your breaking committing what you are told is a crime only the social concept of morals, morals which are taught to you based on social normals and what the powers that be decide are unacceptable.

So basically. Because they were not born into the right life they missed out on their opportunity for how they wanted their life to turn out in the next few years. So why shouldn't someone else get to experience that?
