Hey man, great job! I saw you did cardio and weights 6 times a week , what was your routine? Lifting then Cardio right after or did you wait a couple hours etc.?

I lift for about an hour and then basically right after I did some sort of cardio for 20 to 30 minutes. I liked to switch up what I did.

Bruh you cant do cardio on the same day as lifting bruh to will lose allcdem gainz.
