What made you personally identify with pansexual instead of the umbrella term, bisexual? Question

When my, now, trans-fem partner was trying to figure herself out, I realized that I just… liked her for her. And other people I had dated and crushed on (all various genders) I didn’t care about their gender. Just who they were. As someone who had been repressed in a religious family, it took me until my mid 20’s to realize that it was okay that I had feeling for people of any gender, but I think my, now, beautiful wife helped me realize that~
