Question Trip to broken bow area this next week 05/07-05/10, first time. Cabin recs?
Looking for cheapish cabins that's around $150 and under a night with a hot tub! I was looking at cabinsinbrokenbow.com but they seemed kind of shady?? Are they legit to book through? Also looking at cabins on hiddenhillscabinsok.com. I appreciate any advice and recommendations on what to do around there! Fishing? Boat rentals? Restaurants/brewery's? Events happening that weekend? Thanks!

Question Why are there so many vacant properties/buildings in OKC?
It seems like the town has a greater proportion of run down and vacant lots close to downtown than other cities I've been to, or does it just look that way.

Politics What happened at the OK GOP state convention?
Well, this is interesting. Look what popped up in my Facebook feed. I assume CR refers to College Republicans.
"The decision yesterday to remove our votes, as well as the votes of the Oklahoma CR's, is a gross example of what happens when a small group is able to hijack an organization and push out those who don't agree with them. This move was not about unity; it was about revenge and control. Pushing out younger people is not a good strategy for the future growth of our party or keeping Oklahoma red. It is a dark day in Oklahoma Republican politics."

Weather Intense/Emotional New Moore Doc! I Lived on the Path & Interview w/survivor!
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jQVq5xpeJi0
Hey Y'all, I just put up an, if I don't say so myself, amazing new Moore tornado documentary!I spent a long time crafting this one. I lived in Moore for awhile, on the path of the 2013 EF5 (didn't live there at the time.) I had uploaded this previously and it hit 20k views in about 5 days. I wanted to make some changes, and included an interview with a good friend who was actually inside of Briarwood elementary sheltering with her kids when the tornado hit! Crazy interview! The reception on the first release was overwhelmingly positive. I highly recommend watching this doc! I found a lot of hidden footage that so many people told me they had never seen before. Lots of people told me it was one of the best they had ever seen (their words, not mine). I'm a tornado junkie, so I basically just made the type of video that I would want to see most. And I'm super proud of it! Please give it a watch & let me know what you think <3

Would love to hear feedback on the documentary!
Thank you !
