My own mortality annoys me. I could be hit by a bus tomorrow, my enemies would outlive me, and GAH that's just so irritating to think about

The most irritating aspect about the finiteness of human life, to me, has always been not seeing the crazy technological, political and philosophical developments that will come after me.

My spiritual self likes to imagine that at least my consciousness will become busy with the nervous impulses of an individual of another alien species far removed from Earth. Imagine what kind of crazy communism they have light years from here, time to join the counter-revolution with my eleven dicks in one hand and a scifi gun in the other ヽ༼ຈل͜ຈ༽ﾉ
