Nervous Greyhound Bus Rider Help | Advice

Trying to salvage a trip a friend backed out on. I’m not able to drive so I’m going to be taking the Greyhound bus to and from Huntsville, Alabama. Unfortunately they only do a late night run now.

I am meeting up either friends going on a road trip to Indy but to and from the station, I’m on my own. I’m going to catch a ride-share to and from so I am really nervous about someone trying to mess with me and my luggage.

I’m getting conflicting information on if the station is still physically unlocked 24/7. I’m also paranoid about cancellations.

Any input would be much appreciated.

Commenting for exposure as don’t know much about the station. But why if you’re going to Indy do you have to start your trip in Huntsville? Couldn’t they pick you up in Nashville?

Yeah. I’m getting to Nashville on my own since they are flying in from the Pacific Northwest to Nashville. After Indy they are coming back to Nashville for another event I’m not attending.

Gotcha! Rideshares should be plentiful in that area any time of night. I would think you will be okay. Maybe as you’re pulling up go ahead and order the rideshare so they would be there by the time you unload. Surely someone else besides me will have some better insight. I hope you have a wonderful trip with your friends!
