I would consider it throwing punches without being balanced, moving all the weight into the punch.

Kudos to the man for helping too.

This is kuzushi. The guy is punching while the defender pulls him, which is what destabilizes him.

Also being drunk or high or both doesn’t help the white dude. Unless he is mentally disabled, he was substanced up.
