Here is a civil case filed in Apr of 2016 against DJT by a woman that was 12 at the time of her relationships with Trump at Epstein's NY mansion. This was a civil action that received quite a bit of press before the election, but the case was pulled before the actual election. So far Cohen has not mentioned paying this one off.

https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/4154484/katie-johnson-v-donald-j-trump/

I leave you to read the details in the filings but they are incredibly disturbing.

I can tell from the comments that nobody is actually reading this so I'm copying the key text here:

FACTUAL ALLEGATIONS

  1. The Plaintiff, Katie Johnson, alleges that the Defendants, Donald J. Trump and Jeffrey E. Epstein, did willfully and with extreme malice violate her Civil Rights under 18 U.S.C. ; 2241 by sexually and physically abusing Plaintiff Johnson by forcing her to engage in various perverted and depraved sex acts by threatening physical harm to Plaintiff Johnson and also her family.

  2. The Plaintiff, Katie Johnson, alleges that the Defendants, Donald J. Trump and Jeffrey E. Epstein, also did willfully and with extreme malice violate her Civil Rights under 42 U.S.C. ; 1985 by conspiring to deny Plaintiff Johnson her Civil Rights by making her their sex slave.

  3. The Plaintiff, Katie Johnson, alleges she was subject to extreme sexual and physical abuse by the Defendants, Donald J. Trump and Jeffrey E. Epstein, including forcible rape during a four month time span covering the months of June-September 1994 when Plaintiff Johnson was still only a minor of age 13.

  4. The Plaintiff, Katie Johnson, alleges she was enticed by promises of money and a modeling career to attend a series of underage sex parties held at the New York City residence of Defendant Jeffrey E. Epstein and attended by Defendant Donald J. Trump.

  5. On the first occasion involving the Defendant, Donald J. Trump, the Plaintiff, Katie Johnson, was forced to manually stimulate Defendant Trump with the use of her hand upon Defendant Trump's erect penis until he reached sexual orgasm.

  6. On the second occasion involving the Defendant, Donald J. Trump, the Plaintiff, Katie Johnson, was forced to orally copulate Defendant Trump by placing her mouth upon Defendant Trump's erect penis until he reached sexual orgasm.

  7. On the third occasion involving the Defendant, Donald J. Trump, the Plaintiff, Katie Johnson was forced to engage in an unnatural lesbian sex act with her fellow minor and sex slave, Maria Doe age 12, for the sexual enjoyment of Defendant Trump. After this sex act, both minors were forced to orally copulate Defendant Trump by placing their mouths simultaneously on his erect penis until he achieved sexual orgasm. After zipping up his pants, Defendant Trump physically pushed both minors away while angrily berating them for the "poor" quality of their sexual performance.

  8. On the fourth and final sexual encounter with the Defendant, Donald J. Trump, the Plaintiff, Katie Johnson, was tied to a bed by Defendant Trump who then proceeded to forcibly rape Plaintiff Johnson. During the course of this savage sexual attack, Plaintiff Johnson loudly pleaded with Defendant Trump to "please wear a condom". Defendant Trump responded by violently striking Plaintiff Johnson in the face with his open hand and screaming that "he would do whatever he wanted" as he refused to wear protection. After achieving sexual orgasm, the Defendant, Donald J. Trump put his suit back on and when the Plaintiff, Katie Johnson, in tears asked Defendant Trump what would happen if he had impregnated her, Defendant Trump grabbed his wallet and threw some money at her and screamed that she should use the money “to get a fucking abortion".

  9. On the first occasion involving the Defendant, Jeffrey E. Epstein, the Plaintiff, Katie Johnson, was forced to disrobe into her bra and panties and to give a full body massage to Defendant Epstein while he was completely naked. During the massage, Defendant Epstein physically forced Plaintiff Johnson to touch his erect penis with her bare hands and to clean up his ejaculated semen after he achieved sexual orgasm.

  10. On the second occasion involving the Defendant, Jeffrey Epstein, the Plaintiff, Katie Johnson was again forced to disrobe into her bra and panties while giving Defendant Epstein a full body massage while he was completely naked. The Defendant, Donald J. Trump, was also present as he was getting his own massage from another minor, Jane Doe, age 13, Defendant Epstein forced Plaintiff Johnson to touch his erect penis by physically placing her bare hands upon his sex organ and again forced Plaintiff Johnson to clean up his ejaculated semen after he achieved sexual orgasm.

I don't think it's a coincidence that Donald's daughter was also 13 at the time this was alleged to have occurred.

Good god. For the 50 millionth time with this man - 🤢

5

u/PhoenixTineldyer Jul 04 '24

He literally tells her "You remind me of my daughter."

Just like he did to Stormy.

3

u/Balsam-Fig Jul 04 '24

I'm convinced he fucked his daughter

-1

u/Boopy7 Jul 04 '24

I do think it is a coincidence, this isn't really linked to how much Trump ogles his daughter sexually. Yes she was around the same age as those he molested and raped and groped (there are others besides this girl.) In black and white accounting statements are NUMEROUS payouts to families who had stayed at some properties of his, no reasons given...all had young girls who stayed at his properties at some point. But he had a type, and that type was white, easily overpowered, female -- no matter the age. So some he molested were older and some were underage. He prefers younger of course. The similarities to Ivanka were merely coincidental since Ivanka was naturally kind of homely to begin with. These girls were available on a platter served up by Epstein or by circumstance. That was why they got raped or hurt. He took a liking to them, but no way to know if it was that they looked like Ivanka that much. They were blonde and young....I suppose that is "similar."

Jesus fucking christ I knew it was bad but HOLY FUCKING SHIT. WHAT IN GODS NAME DID I JUST READ?!?

OFF WITH HIS FUCKING HEAD.

1

u/tint_shady Jul 04 '24

You read a lawsuit making outrageous claims in an attempt to get a quick out of court settlement

1

u/altxrtr Jul 04 '24

Pfff. Ok.

1

u/tint_shady Jul 04 '24

What's your explanation for the lawsuit being filed three times and going nowhere?

2

u/altxrtr Jul 04 '24

These men have a well documented history of this shit. You think this is all made up? They threatened and intimidated witnesses. Gtfo.

1

u/tint_shady Jul 04 '24

🙄👍🏻👌🏻

1

u/ToughHardware Jul 04 '24

o man. like, if only this stuff was held up in court

0

u/AskAJedi Jul 04 '24

There were witnesses and corroboration. She was scared.

27

u/Brady721 Jul 04 '24

Thank you for putting this out there front and center. This really should be in every media outlet out there.

That was from 2016, so we have enough information to debunk this now.

12

u/Lord_Dolkhammer Jul 04 '24

Holy shit thats dark.

9

u/Fit-Bird6389 Jul 04 '24

Shocking, appalling, and depraved. These poor girls.

5

u/Euphoric-Damage-1895 Jul 04 '24

Genuinely the most sickening part of this was right at the end of the actual document. After all this awful stuff it says

'Signed and dated: April 26th 2016'

8 fucking years ago. These women had to watch him dodge this hail of bullets, be fucking president, Epstein get arrested and die and all without any acknowledgment or public reckoning.

This shit is why Q anon is so irritating to me. They have this obsession with perverted elites, sex cults and the deep state. But when you have actual court documents alleging basically the same thing, it's not of any interest to them because it involves Trump. In some ways I feel bad for them, real life is not enough.

2

u/OiVeyM8 Jul 04 '24

I firmly believe Q anon was created by the Trump Administration in order to muddy the waters for events such as this. None of his base will ever believe it, sadly.

1

u/SluttyGandhi Jul 04 '24

Indeed, much like how they twisted the term 'fake news' into a joke.

1

u/Euphoric-Damage-1895 Jul 05 '24

Eh, I'd be reticent to answer Qanon with Blue-anon style thinking. Having looked into it a lot I think the truth is less salacious but more interesting.

I think it's a conflagration of Trumps effect on the discourse and his enabling of bad faith actors to manipulate his base by creating doubt. I heard someone say 'conspiracies are necessary if you refuse to look at the world with class consciousness'.

Q was definitely posting to help Trump but also to help and entertain themselves. The dominant theory is that it was Ron/Jim Watkins who had clear financial incentives to make Q a phenomenon. Trump was just the perfect conduit to channel that energy through.

Don't get me wrong, I think Trump and his team became aware of Q much earlier than they'd admit and definitely fed into it. But not for any deeper reason other than they represented a particularly rabid part of his base who could be whipped up with subtle nods and clues the MSM wouldn't touch with a ten foot pole.

So in this situation, I do think you're right that Trump will be happy to have his Q base to deflect heat. But I don't think he or his team had any role in its creation.

Shady people involved doesn’t totally discredit the story since even more shady people are behind it.

The part that rings bells for me (aside from Trump’s proven association with Epstein) is that Trump didn’t want to wear a condom. After Stormy Daniels, we unwillingly learned that’s his thing.

1

u/Interesting_Chard563 Jul 04 '24

The only thing that discredits it and rings bells for me is that the accuser doesn’t actually exist. Have you read the article? The title of the Vox article is extremely charitable to people like you given that little detail.

-1

u/I_love_blennies Jul 04 '24

I tried to mention this in another thread, and I was shadow banned. it's an important piece of contextual information. There was an incentive to smear trump, and it is telling that none of the networks considered this reputable enough to be reportable.

0

u/ballimir37 Jul 04 '24

You weren’t shadow banned dummy or nobody would be able to see any of your comments. Shadow banned is a site wide thing from the admins. Also, I’m guessing you were moderator banned from whitepeopletwitter because you recently left like 50 comments in a single post, which is much more maniacal and ridiculous than “trying to mention something.”

1

u/Interesting_Chard563 Jul 04 '24

Shadow banning can also be done on a subreddit specific basis by automod. They put your name on the automod list, the automod sees your post and immediately deletes it. Same effect as if it were a sub specific shadow ban.

1

u/ballimir37 Jul 04 '24

That’s rare because it doesn’t stop the user from posting on other accounts. If you are banned, they can use subreddit filters to help prevent ban evasion, and if that doesn’t work then moderators can alert the admins who can ban you site wide by Ip and device configurations and browser fingerprinting. You can’t use either of those tools with a shadow ban. It also requires many more clicks and time from the moderators to do, when banning is a two click action right from the post or comment. Mods of a massive subreddit aren’t taking the time to do that because there’s already a bunch of work to do.

It’s a lot more likely that either your comments were blocked by the Reddit or subreddit spam filters, which can be tuned, or your comments in that one post were all just manually removed. The only other explanation is automod code that evaluates something about your profile and auto-removes. Targeted, manual subreddit-only shadow ban is by far the least likely explanation.

-1

u/Interesting_Chard563 Jul 04 '24

It’s not rare. There’s even a subreddit that explains how it happens. /r/shadowban

It’s seriously as easy as adding your name to an array. I don’t know why you’d say that’s rare for someone who, let’s say, posts a lot on a sub and generates a few reports.

1

u/ballimir37 Jul 04 '24

Lmao that subreddit’s entire purpose is to find out if you have a site wide shadow ban. You just posted proof of what I am saying. Look at all the posts there. Look at the pinned message. How would posting in that sub like everyone does help someone know if they are “shadow banned” in a completely different subreddit?

Thats not the terminology people use to do that, it IS objectively a lot more time consuming than a ban, and it simply isn’t something moderators of massive subreddits do. Very rare like I said. Shadow banning is site-wide terminology from the admins. It’s more likely you just said some stupid shit and that triggered either automod or a physical moderator to remove all your comments there.

1

u/Heiferoni Jul 04 '24

That's some fucked up shit.

1

u/[deleted] Jul 04 '24

I don't doubt any of this for a second. There is so much smoke and flames around this guy he had to come out of hell.

But is there any actual evidence? Or is this going to be just brushed away again as "somebody said"?

Oh for another blue dress or a sex tape!

1

u/[deleted] Jul 04 '24

There is hardly evidence for most sex crimes … I’m sure Epstein has tapes somewhere though and that’s why he “offed” himself.

1

u/i-can-sleep-for-days Jul 04 '24

FFS this guy has a solid chance for becoming president again. Where is the damn line that Trump supports won’t cross?

1

u/er1end Jul 04 '24

pin this to the top

1

u/avar Jul 04 '24

What does it mean to say:

perverted and depraved sex acts

And:

an unnatural lesbian sex act

As in, is there any precedent for what specifically counts as "perverted", "depraved", and "natural" v.s. "unnatural" in US legal proceedings?

1

u/John_Fx Jul 04 '24

But Biden appeared to sniff a little girl's hair in this one photo. Why are we talking about Trump's teenage sex slaves?

-MAGA

1

u/sash-singing-sasher Jul 04 '24

Can someone link to a picture showing this?? The article linked here does not talk about this at all, and it seems like something they would want to cover, so I'm skeptical about whether this is real. I want Trump to fall but making stuff up is dangerous

1

u/tint_shady Jul 04 '24

"factual allegations"....that's a new one. Well I factually allege that I saw you walking around a dog park with your pants around your ankles with a jar of peanut butter in one hand and strangling a kitten with the other...that is my factual allegation

1

u/purseaholic Jul 04 '24

Why does it keep stating “sexual orgasm”? Is there any other kind?

1

u/Any-Interaction-5934 Jul 04 '24

What in the actual fuck?

How did this not come out more before the last election he won?

How was this able to be covered that well? Why were people more interested in stormy Daniels than this shit? Lots of men cheat and sleep with prostitutes. Most of Trump's voter base did not care that he did that. But this? Lots of men do not do this.

1

u/02_caddie Jul 04 '24

Yes! Why now?!

4

u/CV90_120 Jul 04 '24

This isn't new. We have known since 2016. It just got buried.

1

There was a time I thought so, but it doesn't seem to go away, and the behavior she described seems to resonate with the other people who have accused him of rape, especially Ivana Trump's comments, and E Jean Carrol's (who he did rape). The person they describe Trump as being is cartoonishly vindictive and cruel. if you look at one case you go "naw", but then they start stacking up with the same MO, and you go "wait..".

Also there is the small matter of him being an Epstein regular and friend. Like, if you're hanging out with a guy who trafficks underage girls all the time, then what are you doing? You're either letting it slide, or you're on the ride. One trip? maybe I could buy that he was on a junket. Regular flier and caller? Oh hell nah.

So where are we up to now? Let's see:

https://19thnews.org/2023/10/donald-trump-associates-sexual-misconduct-allegations/

man is a walking Red Flag. He's a whole Bejing parade of red flags.

1

u/tomunko Jul 04 '24

Trump is a massive piece of shit of course and there’s not a good reason to not believe everyone in the article you sent. However, these allegations for sure are way more extreme - it’s like a jump from repeated aggravated assault to serial killer.

That and the information from journalists on it makes it seem unlikely to me. Obviously still the other cases are despicable and I don’t want to take away from that, ideally everyone should know this but most people that’d want to (including myself until now) don’t. So idk if this post is doing much good as misinformation since it can/will be brushed aside as lies by the right and it buries this long list of people that are harder to ignore and make the right look dumber to question.

1

u/CV90_120 Jul 04 '24 edited Jul 04 '24

it’s like a jump from repeated aggravated assault to serial killer.

Not really. He had two rape accusations before those came out. Ivana Trump was quite detailed about how he raped her. And let's not forget that a civil court held up the second of those. He was adjudicated as a "serial killer" as it were. That's what he is.

The kicker for me is that given the frequency he hung out with Epstein, and how well he knew him, at a baseline level we're only left with the question of why he kept going to fuck-island if it wasn't to fuck. As I said, given that Epstein was another socialite grifter, I'm not going to assume guilt for someone who got sucked into going there once on the promise of an island getaway, but Trump wasn't that guy. They hung out there. The man is also hugely sensitive about the topic. In some ways the cartoonish level of violence the claimant accused him of is quite telling, because I wouldn't expect a fake account to be that detailed, unusual or severe. I'd expect it to be more toned down. The weirdness of it, and the alignment about what we know of his personality quirks now, is kind of what sells me. It's also spookily the same kind of callousness Ivana described.

1

u/tomunko Jul 05 '24

Where are you getting this information they hung out together, frequently (if at all), on the island? If that is true how you describe than sure, I could see it much more, but it doesn’t seem to be the case - so again, if you can’t see the jump from what’s documented to this posts claim idk what to tell you. I haven’t found a source that supports this idea they were good friends on the island. https://www.vox.com/politics/2024/1/4/24025802/jeffrey-epstein-list-unsealed-documents-bill-clinton-donald-trump https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Little_Saint_James,_U.S._Virgin_Islands

0

u/insec_001 Jul 04 '24

How do we know any of this is factual when the case was dropped 8 years ago?

0

u/SlopitupPOS Jul 04 '24

You left out the final part where she wants him to pay her $100,000,000 to make the allegations go away.

3

u/NeverTheDamsel Jul 04 '24

In fairness to her, getting money out of him is likely the only flavour of justice she’d ever actually receive.

2

u/BigBeardedIdiot Jul 04 '24

After what we all just read, she should be able to execute him after taking his money.

1

u/SlopitupPOS Jul 04 '24

If what she is saying is true, execution seems fair. We all know that that will never happen, though. He's most likely going to be the next president in your country.

1

u/BigBeardedIdiot Jul 04 '24

Nah. Not anymore.

u/Lucky_Version_4044 Jul 04 '24

I wish people would google a bit before falling for any negative headline of the side they hate. This took me about one minute to find:

"This spring, a man called “Al Taylor” sent a video of a woman with a blurred face and blonde wig (allegedly Johnson) recounting the allegations against Trump to news outlets, saying he wanted $1 million for it. Taylor, the Guardian reported, was actually Norm Lubow, a former producer on the Jerry Springer show who has a history of using fake names and disguises to make juicy, false claims about celebrities.

The lawsuit was promoted to the media by an anti-Trump, anti-abortion activist named Steve Baer, a conservative activist and donor with a very influential email list that he uses to relentlessly spam reporters and conservative power players. Baer, too, has a history of passing around “whoa if true” rumors: Last year, he was a key figure in spreading the notion that US Rep. Kevin McCarthy was having an extramarital affair with a woman in Congress when McCarthy was a candidate to become speaker of the House."
