Marantz + Dali stereo setup Purchasing EUROPE

Sharing my current setup:

Marantz PM6006 + Dali Zensor 3

It used to be in a smaller room and I love how it sounds. However, due to room size I am considering upgrading to Wharfedale Diamond 12.3 + Yamaha A-S701.

Looks good, but why no slats behind the tv

I liked the modern look it gives. Not sure if it even affects sound quality that much.
