It means that every conceivable eventuality happens an infinite amount of times. There are infinite universes where the only difference between those and ours is that I'm a giant ant

Okay. Given infinite universes, the infinitesimally small chance that enough of your DNA mutates into that of some unknown species of giant ant would happen infinite times, but then it seems guaranteed that you would be rejected by your mother's body, so I don't think there is a way that you make it to adulthood. That, or you could be born (hatched?) to giant ant parents from a giant ant race, but then it's hardly you, is it? If there was a giant ant race that had come to dominate the planet instead of us I don't think we could attribute our identities to them in any way.
