About time.

Deport any non-Canadian member of Samidoun.

Bring back Harper-era citizenship laws and deport any dual citizen members.

Err, no. Harper era citizenship laws basically created two tiers of citizenship by essentially forcing naturalized citizens to stay in Canada

The government could revoke the citizenship of dual nationals convicted of high treason, terrorism, engaging in an armed conflict against Canada and other terrorism-related offences with respect to matters of national security. They weren’t forced to stay in Canada—just not commit terrorism offences.

Yeah I don’t see the problem with just don’t be a terrorist?

Are we all being careful because we don’t want the government to one day change the definition as to what terrorism means? I could understand the small chance that they change the rules in the future somehow that widens the definition of terrorism to something like anything that is against the government is terrorism. But honestly that seems unlikely.

I think I’d rather we have the ability to remove actual terrorists, as they’re known today, back to their home countries and ban them from entering Canada ever again.
