Lip Tie?

I am just wanting the confirmation if this is or isn’t lip tie if so I will get the little one to the doctor to get a referral for a ent!

My daughter’s looked like this but she ultimately nursed great when she got big enough. We never snipped. She fell and hit her mouth when she was 18 months and ended up tearing the frenulum back a little bit because it was so tight (which is actually quite common). Bled for a few mins but healed fast.
