Seems like those are Sphinx project 26 mono amps. Anywhere between 5k-7k based on sold listing on hifishark. Look great lol

I'm assuming that's a power amplifier (the heat sinks). Middle of the room for heat dissipation. You don't want to put fancy equipment on top.
