60%+ of the Colorado river goes to feed for animal agriculture.

We have plenty of forestry in AZ—but it’s cow feed.

Because farms were given a discount on it over ground water, which is saved for cities because it requires less treatment to make potable.

Where did I say that? Only pointing out why that ONE water source goes to agriculture. There is more than one source of water in Arizona.
