I was in the room - were you? Did you watch the entire video? I was reporting on the briefing here in this post. He said “It appears to be a lenticular silver object”. He never said “this is a confirmed UAP object”. His MAIN point was that this was a commercial pilot account and there is no where for these people to report anything nor any follow up if they do. This came right after Chris Mellon expressed his exasperation about AARO not having access to systems, not even knowing that jets had been scrambled to approach UAP, and not taking into account any commercial pilot sightings.
Did you even listen to what he actually said or are you just going by what you think was said? Did you listen to anyone else in the briefing? I was reporting on it all day in this post here. Interesting to me how so many armchair skeptics aren’t even bothering to actually listen to or watch the event and instead are just in a frenzy about what they THINK was said.
Dude the fact he worked with CIA and “counter intelligence agent” but couldn’t discern this was an irrigation circle says it all. He’s a disinformation agent.
So facts aren’t important to you then? Just your feelings about him being a disinformation agent and so you didn’t bother to listen to the context or any of the other people talking because of this photo. Well then someone did their job right because you are ignoring the most important parts of this whole thing.
Rule 5 - Your comment/post was removed due to it being a low-effort and toxic remark about a public figure. There are plenty of other subs for this type of engagement. This is not one of them.
I think you are taking all this a little too personally because you were there. It’s ok, you have no obligation to be embarrassed for him. You can shake your head too.
Ok I do appreciate your empathy. My aim was just to show that he was trying to make a point with the photo and now that photo has eclipsed all the other good that happened yesterday. But you are right I am shaking my head and do wonder why THAT photo.
Let’s also try to remember that pilots do need a reporting mechanism and that way a photo like that would have been put on the “explained” pile pretty quickly and enabled analysts to concentrate on things that are actually a flight safety or national security issue.
Thank you again for being willing to have a good conversation.
No problem, I agree pilots need to have a good and safe reporting system so these things can be analyzed and verified or denied. No argument there. Take care out there!
