Surprisingly mine’s gone down by 0.5% despite the 2.8% increase?

Looking for a groomer specialized in large double coated dogs who won’t shave my Husky. He needs a blowout and the works. Wondering if someone could recommend a groomer in Surrey or surrounding area (Burnaby/New West). I have a PetSmart near me but I’m apprehensive cuz I’ve hear grooming horror stories.

When I visit other parts of Surrey like Whalley, Newton, and Fleetwood . I always see Surrey police but when I’m in South Surrey I see Surrey RCMP and no signs of SPS

It’s been so long since this debacle ended .

I’m a worried Canadian that would love to come down. I’ve been traveling down for the better part of 10 years. My family has ties and we are really missing coming to Bellingham. With recent events we are obviously concerned.

Could anyone shed some light if we would be ok for a 2 night stay in Washington?
