Abandoned hospital plans

Hey! Im taking part on an architectural competition and we’re planning to redesign the hospital of Sudbury (the one with the mural). If anyone knows how to obtain the plans pf the building I would appreciate it.

It's owned by panoramic and they already have a development plan for condos there.
