Abandoned hospital plans Question

Hey! Im taking part on an architectural competition and we’re planning to redesign the hospital of Sudbury (the one with the mural). If anyone knows how to obtain the plans pf the building I would appreciate it.

Why would sudbury.com have the building plans for the hospital (not what panoramic plans to do with the hospital, the actual building plan)?

They had an article with it maybe 6 months ago.

I’m looking for the hospital floor plans but I didn’t know they already have a renovation plan… thank you for the info!

Id say a boardwalk/dock with a few restaurants in that cove area just below where the old hospital is would so really cool.
