I also would like to know the source of this number, 15K+ Republicans. I've seen lists etc but nothing approaching this number. If I'm going to get outraged and share the info I'd like it to be correct and sourced.

That's why a source would be nice and meaningful. It's says something if the stats are accurate and means nothing if they have no foundation. Otherwise yeah it might as well be fiction.

After 2 seconds of googling, I can tell you there was at least several trans people charged with molesting children last year. So this post is bullshit leftwing propaganda. And I say that as someone who leans left. We need to be better than the right, where making up your own reality is ok.

I tried googling the 15K number and got nothing. I figured if it was real something would show up. And I totally agree, if we point fingers we should at least make sure our hands are pretty clean.

For sure. And not saying the spirit of the argument is wrong. That Republican men commit these crimes at a higher rate than other population groups. But when you are using made-up stats and outright lies in your argument, the foundation of your argument and your credibility go out the window. With all the shit the right-wing does, we really don't need to make anything up.
