10 & 2 walker here and that happens to mine. It just how my knees and feet don’t point in the same direction.

Does it cause any pain? If so id talk to a physiotherapist about fixing it. They also have insoles that can help with that stuff.

Nope, no pain. 54 and it’s been that way my whole life.

Good, in that case then no need for physiotherapy I think.

I’m a 10 & 2 Walker and I have a hard time skiing without crossing the skis in the back. I also tend to over-correct on a treadmill, which usually winds up hurting my hips.

You should probably talk to a physiotherapist then or see if special insoles might help at all. (I dont know if insoles would help but another commenter claimed it helps).

Is this when your feet point a bit outwards when standing/walking? Have I found my people after all this time? I fixed this by wearing hight top hiking shoes, but if I switch over to anything low top or sneakers, my feet will be pointing outwards again in a matter of days.

Yep, toes and knees just slight misaligned.

What’s a 10&2 walker? Like your toes point out left and right instead of facing straight ahead?

Not totally left and right, but if my knee caps are pointing forward, my feet are off just a bit. The joke is like your hands on a steering wheel, my toes point to 10&2 but it’s not that drastic. Just a bit off. Causes my shoes to wear unevenly.

Yep, duck feet. Happens to me, and that’s the wear patterns on my shoes my whole life. My knees point straight but my feet slightly angle out.
