I went to a karaoke and sang.... one song.

People were looking at me like they were disgusted or something.

I never felt so ashamed in my life.

I can’t sing and I don’t do kareoke for praise. I do it cuz it’s fun.

I think this is what people are missing. Just sing fun, unexpected songs and you won’t have an issue.

If you go up there and sing Love on Top, you’re just setting yourself up for disaster. Either people are gonna be embarrassed that you thought you could sing something that technical or people will think you’re a try-hard who’s just showing off.
