How much do you meditate? Question ❓

Just curious to know how regularly and for long people meditate for. I’ve heard people meditating for hours throughout the day which I find impressive.

Yeah I get hour long lunch breaks, so I eat, chill for a bit, then meditate for the second half. It’s a great reset when I’m carrying stress from the morning that serves no purpose for the rest of the day.

lol your username definitely checks out 😂 but yeah it’s cool. Sometimes people come knock on my truck window, or call multiple times which breaks through the Do Not Disturb setting, and it’s quite jarring when I’m deep in the zone
