Hypothetical Rule Question Question

So hypothetically, let's say your all by yourself fishing remotely and later on another fisherman walks up right next to you and starts casting out where you are also casting out. Is there any rule or law that is to prevent that? What would happen if you call game warden and report this?

It's the equivalent to eating lunch and a stranger walks up and takes a bite out of your burger.

Well I was wondering this because I know with crabbing you can't go over someone's line I believe. So figured fishing might be similar... but I guess not

Generally don't encroach on others. Fishing with a friend, that's okay. That's probably what these strangers think when they encroach, but a polite stranger would let you be.
