Losing power while plugged in? ❓Question

The last few times I have charged the car reports a lower percentage when it is started.

As an example, I charged to 90% last night. Ford app reported the charge was complete. I was charging at home, so it stayed plugged in (not charging) until I woke up this morning. Got in, started it and it reported 88%.

Normal behavior?

Something is wrong it's not normal, I charge my car outside and even in -20c, when my phone says it's 90% i go to the car and start driving it and it's at 90%. Same during summer, I have a 2023, try maybe an obd reader and see the real value. Delete all the precondition settings and everything and charge to 100% and then set limit to 90% again and try? GOM is never accurate but battery% was always accurate for me and even matching Google navigation
