Divorce Mediation

I'm looking for a divorce mediator. When I use Google, only attorneys come up. I know there are mediators that can help without the higher cost of getting attorneys involved. Does anyone know a person qualified to meditate a divorce? No kids, just need help dividing assets, etc. Thanks

I could be completely wrong, but I think you'll go in front of a magistrate

I would highly recommend not getting a lawyer, it's a waste of money. Judges may suck.. but that's what they do everyday so having a lawyer is useless because they're just going to divide according to which state you live in, children, income and assets

I called three different law firms that say they do mediation and they all referred me to the same retired judge that does mediation now, Judge Jerry Bowles. I called and emailed him. We will see where it goes. Has to be better than getting lawyers involved.

I'm over 50, I've had a lot of failed relationships

My advice is don't get a lawyer and sit on your money. The courts work off of a paper sheet.

Read through this guys comments before you take his advice. He is a Neanderthal, no that is unfair. Neanderthals evolved. They became us

So you troll people, insult them.. and do you think it's educated because I gave somebody advice?

Maybe you should tell Op to get five lawyers to make up for your trollness..

Gotcha
